Paul Pogba puts pressure on Mino Raiola to engineer Manchester United exit
According to German publication Bild (h/t Daily Star), Manchester United star Paul Pogba is pressurizing his agent Mino Raiola to find him a new club.
The French international has come under the scanner of late thanks to Raiola’s comments regarding his situation at Old Trafford. Pogba is said to be unhappy and not keen to extend his stay at United. (h/t Daily Star)
The comments creature furore among fans and provided an unneeded distraction for the club ahead of the club’s make or break Champions League tie against RB Leipzig.
Pogba came off the bench and put in a good display in what was eventually a losing cause. However, it would appear that the damage has already been done.
According to the report, Pogba could even part ways with Raiola if the latter does not find him another home.
Despite his struggles, United will not permit the world cup winning midfielder to leave on the cheap. With his contract set to expire in 2022, the Red Devils have two windows before Pogba is free to talk to other clubs.
United paid a club-record £89million to bring him back to Old Trafford in 2016. Despite a few moments of magic, he has largely failed to repay the club for their faith in him.
According to transfer expert Fabrizio Romano, Juventus remain keen on landing Pogba. A deal in January, however, could prove problematic. The Italians will need to sell before they can buy and United will be keen to get top dollar. (h/t The Express)

While it may not necessarily mean the end of the road for Pogba, it does increasingly look to be the case. A world-class player, it is sad to see the way his career at United is potentially coming to an end.
The Frenchman originally left the club in 2012 in the unhealhiest of circumstances. It would appear some habits die hard.
