Pundit advises Manchester United fans to not get too happy about their draw against Liverpool and believes it “Sums up how far they have fallen”
Manchester United fans have been delighted ever since their draw against Liverpool. Pundit, Felix White has advised them to not get too carried away with their celebrations.
The Reds were basically in charge of that game on Sunday. The fact that they did not end up scoring even a single goal can be chalked up to bad luck. Although, it has to be said that Manchester United’s Andre Onana and their defensive line were exemplary in that game.
Now, the Red Devils are preparing to take on West Ham United on Saturday. The Hammers will be travelling to Old Trafford after suffering an embarrassing 5-1 defeat at the hands of Liverpool.
The only positive for the Hammers out of that game was Jarred Bowen’s banger which came in the 77th minute. But, it was too little too late as the game had already been decided by then.
Despite their embarrassing loss, Felix White believes West Ham United will beat the Red Devils. This is what he had to say about ahead of their game. (h/t BBC)
“I wasn’t impressed by Erik ten Hag’s side at all. They may celebrate their draw with Liverpool but United fans should not be carried away with the way they got it – that just sums up how far they have fallen.”
The pundit has also said that the game will be a 2-1 win in West Ham’s favour. Surely the Manchester United players will use this as motivation as they gear up to prove the pundit’s prediction wrong.
