Manchester United ace Facundo Pellistri could join a Premier League team this summer
With the summer transfer window closing soon, decisions about the future of numerous young talents need to be sorted out.
While some may stay and receive playing time, the majority will either be loaned out or sold permanently.
Manager Erik ten Hag would not be hesitant to part ways with emerging young players if he believes their contributions won’t directly impact the team.

Players such as Charlie Savage, Zidane Iqbal, and Matej Kovar have already been offloaded. The next player who appeared destined to leave but caught the manager’s attention is Facundo Pellistri.
Initially, it was suggested that the United winger had caught the attention of Dutch side FC Twente.
However, according to Uruguay’s VQV Futbol journalist, Fabián Bertolini, there’s a possibility that the 21-year-old might secure a move to a Premier League team.
While the specific team and the details of the deal remain undisclosed, an ideal scenario could involve a loan move within the top flight.
Such a move would allow the pacy winger to refine his abilities in a high-pressure environment and return to United better prepared.
Pellistri’s performances during pre-season, including a crucial goal against Athletic Bilbao and a substitute appearance against Wolves, left a positive impression.

United lack a right-wing backup option, with Antony being the obvious first choice. Aside from him, there are no definite choices for the right-wing role, given Amad Diallo’s ongoing injury and Jadon Sancho being tested as a false nine.
However, uncertainties persist regarding the amount of playing time the Uruguayan star will receive once all players are fit.
It would be a wise decision if the player was given a chance to refine his skills elsewhere.
