Anthony Martial misses Manchester United training ahead of Premier League clash against Arsenal
Manchester United star Anthony Martial missed the club’s training session ahead of the Premier League clash against table-toppers Arsenal, according to Paul Hirst of the Times via UtdPlug on Twitter (h/t The Sun).
The France international was substituted at half-time in our 2-1 win over Manchester City. Subsequently, he did not feature for the Red Devils against Crystal Palace in the 1-1 draw.
Unfortunately, the 27-year-old has struggled with injuries this season. Erik ten Hag has been unable to consistently rely on the forward to lead the line.

United will miss an important player against the Gunners in Casemiro. The Brazil international has been suspended after his yellow card against the Eagles.
The 30-year-old has been a pivotal player for the Red Devils in the current campaign. Although in the reverse fixture against the North London side at Old Trafford, we beat them without the former Real Madrid star starting the game.
United are the only team to have taken all three points from Arsenal this season. The Red Devils beat the Gunners convincingly as Antony and Marcus Rashford found the back of the net in the 3-1 victory.
The Old Trafford side have been on a strong run in the league since the two defeats at the start of the campaign. City and Aston Villa are the only teams who have beaten us in the PL since then.
We are currently
in a good position in the table. A win over Arteta’s team would reduce the deficit between them and us to just five points.More Manchester United News

Martial missed the previous match against Arsenal as well. In the French national’s absence, Rashford has been deployed as the number nine. However, it remains to be seen whether the 27-year-old is fit enough to start against the Gunners.
