Altay Bayindir who is expected to make his debut for Manchester United next Sunday claims that teammates are ‘fighting to be on the pitch’ under Erik ten Hag. However, he has also claimed that they have ‘good energy’.

The Red Devils’ troubles with rotation have been well-documented this season. We have seen several players not get the minutes they deserve and be moved as a result.

Just this month alone the team has sent Hannibal Mejbri out on loan, with Facundo Pellistri expected to follow soon after. It seems like the Dutchman hasn’t been able to satisfy everyone.

However, Altay Bayindir has said that the team is in ‘good spirits’ despite the usual competition for minutes. There wouldn’t be much of a quarrel for minutes if Ten Hag had all his best players available.

Unfortunately for him, the team has been dealing with a ton of injury issues this season. Casemiro has been out for an extended time along with, Tyrell Malacia, Mason Mount, Victor Lindelof, and Harry Maguire.

Manchester United are eyeing a second-half comeback this season.

If all of these players were available to be picked, there wouldn’t be much of a debate over who should be getting minutes on the team. On a more positive note, most of these players are expected to be back in action by February.
