Erik Ten Hag is hopeful about Sir Jim Ratcliffe’s investment at Manchester United.
Manchester United have seem to woken up ever since their 2-0 loss against West Ham United. Since then the Red Devils have ended their goal drought en route to a win against Aston Villa.
The same attacking line that was being brutalized by the media ended up being Manchester United’s saving grace. Marcus Rashford, Alejandro Garnacho and Rasmus Hojlund deserve a lot of credit for the team’s latest win.
Another positive to come out of Manchester United this week is Sir Jim Ratcliffe’s 25% investment deal finally gaining some ground. Erik Ten Hag spoke on the matter and seemed to look forward to the new ownership with enthusiasm.
When asked about the entire ordeal Ten Hag said that “it’s positives for United”. With major changes on the horizon, the Old Trafford squad has finally come to life when they were most needed.

“We are optimists. We have been kept informed during the whole process. It’s very good, we are looking forward to working with them. It’s positives for United I know.”
Ten Hag then switched his focus to the season. While he seems happy about the new ownership in charge his main priority at the moment is Manchester United’s current campaign.
The team has a newfound life. The Dutchman must do all he can to fan these flames of change within his players. If the team can start performing like this regularly there is no telling how far they will go.
