2 players were phenomenal and 2 flopped during Alejandro Garnacho and Manchester United’s miraculous night against Aston Villa

Alejandro Garnacho had himself a career night during Manchester United’s comeback against Aston Villa. However, the Red Devils had others on the pitch who were worthy of praise last night.

Marcus Rashford finally looked like himself last night. A sight that the Old Trafford fans had been waiting for. He assisted on Garnacho’s first goal and made 6 recoveries last night (fot.mob). An excellent time to play his way back into form.

The second star of the night was Rasmus Hojlund. the Danish striker has received his fair share of criticism for his Premier League goal drought. He finally showed his true skill last night and grabbed the game-winning goal for Manchester United.

The real star of the show was Alejandro Garnacho. The Argentina winger had himself a career night as he grabbed a brace to put his team on equal terms with Aston Villa. He chose the perfect time to shine and has redeemed himself with this performance.

There were negatives to the game as well. Andre Onana did nothing but stand by as a free kick which was intended to be a cross sneakily crossed into the goal without interruption. A costly mistake for the Red Devils’ goalkeeper.

Another player that could’ve done a better job was 18-year-old Kobbie Mainoo. Although he didn’t make any crucial errors the player just looked uncomfortable. A slew of silly mistakes and carelessness eventually held him back.
