Bayern Munich want €30 million for Manchester United and Liverpool target Ryan Gravenberch
Bundesliga giants Bayern Munich want €30 million for Manchester United and Liverpool target Ryan Gravenberch, according to Sky Sport reporter Florian Plettenberg on Twitter.
The Red Devils and the Merseyside outfit are interested in acquiring the services of the Holland international from the Bavarians in the ongoing transfer window. To that end, the Anfield side are negotiating a potential deal with the Bundesliga giants.
However, thre is not agreement yet between Jurgen Klopp’s team and the Allianz Arena side regarding a potential move for the 21-year-old. However, the midfielder is keen on leaving the German outfit soon.
As per The Athletic, United have Gravenberch on their radar. However, it remains to be seen whether the midfielder will prefer a move to the Merseyside outfit over a reunion with Erik ten Hag in Manchester.
The Holland national wants to part ways with Bayern just a year after signing for them from Ajax Amsterdam. Will the Bavarians sell the youngster? Only time will tell.
Gravenberch made his way through the youth ranks at Ajax Amsterdam and developed under Ten Hag. Subsequently, Bayern came knocking for the midfielder’s signature last summer.
However, the Holland national has found game time hard to come by over the last few months. He has made just one appearance so far for the Allianz Arena side in the current campaign, coming on as a late substitute in the 3-1 win over Augsburg.
At United, the engine room was bolstered with Mason Mount this summer. What the Red Devils seemingly could do with is a quality cover for Casemiro on the bench.

While Gravenberch is capable of playing in the number six position, he looks more of a box-to-box midfielder. Therefore, it will be interesting to see whether the Old Trafford side will opt to compete with Liverpool for the Holland national’s signature.
