Manchester United frontrunners to sign Randal Kolo Muani
According to Fichajes, Manchester United are front runners to sign talented French striker Randal Kolo Muani with PSG also said to be monitoring the talented forward.
Kolo Muani is a talented striker who has caught the eye with his performances in recent times. He even had a decent role to play at the World Cup and no one will forget his last-minute miss against Argentina in the final.
The 24-year-old is absolutely killing it in the Bundesliga this season. It comes as no surprise to see teams interested in the player. Muani has shown a great eye for goal and has the quality to play for Man United.
Despite having a contract until 2027, teams have already been inquiring about Kolo Muani’s situation. Eintracht Frankfurt has been clear that they want more than 100 million euros for the striker. And it’s not hard to see why – Kolo Muani has already scored 16 goals and provided 11 assists in the 34 official matches he has played.
This kind of form makes Kolo Muani a hot commodity in European football. And it seems that Manchester United is willing to pay big bucks to secure his services. The English club has reportedly offered around 120 million euros for the Frenchman, but there has been no statement from Eintracht Frankfurt yet.
If Manchester United manages to sign Kolo Muani, it would be another ‘super signing’ of more than 100 million euros, after their recent acquisition of
Antony. It’s not just Manchester United who are interested in Kolo Muani. Paris Saint Germain is also said to be eyeing the striker. However, Manchester United fans will be hoping that Kolo Muani chooses them over PSG. The Red Devils have been building a formidable team in recent months. Muani will join an attack consisting of Bruno Fernandes, Marcus Rashford, Antony and Jadon Sancho.
Spending so much money on Kolo Muani though is something that will seem really bizarre. The 24-year-old for all his qualities is still relatively unproven at the top level and we must be looking at other options if we are willing to spend this kind of money.
