Manchester United to focus on three transfers after Sancho deal
According to transfer news from Express, Manchester United will focus on three signings after the confirmation of Jadon Sancho. The club are looking to bring in Kieran Trippier, Raphael Varane and Eduardo Camavinga.
While it was never a doubt that Sancho would arrive, the official announcement took quite a while from the club. United will be paying a good £73million for him as fans wait for Sancho’s debut.
However, United will not wrap up their business there. They are likely to add three more names to bolster three key areas of the squad. A defensive midfielder is high on the agenda of United. Eduardo Camavinga said to be a name they are keeping an eye on, especially if Pogba departs.
Right-back is another position that the club are looking to add to. Kieran Trippier is being chased by United and the player is also keen on a return to England from Atletico Madrid. Lastly, the deal for Raphael Varane looks to be taking more time than expected. It is unclear as to what is causing the delay as personal terms are all agreed upon.

This is a very different approach to what United took last season when a host of signings were confirmed on deadline day. Obviously, it is better for Solskjaer as he will get more time to introduce the new players into the side ahead of the season.
