Paul Pogba close to committing his future at Manchester United
According to Daily Star, Paul Pogba is close to committing his future to Manchester United. There has been speculation aplenty about the 28-year old Frenchman regarding his immediate future. However, the star midfielder is now convinced of the project and could remain at Old Trafford.
If United needed a reminder as to why they have to keep their prized asset, France’s game against Germany in the Euros is the proof. A dominating performance that resulted in a win showcased why the midfielder is still regarded as one of the best in the business.
United, of course, have not been helped by the fact that he has just a year left on his deal. It is imperative that United agree to a contract extension over the summer or risk losing him for free next summer.
Nonetheless, in some good news to the fans, Pogba could soon be looking to commit his future to Manchester United. The midfielder is said to be convinced of the direction the club is heading in under Solskjaer. The Norwegian has done well to deal with the situation regarding Pogba and it could just be about to pay dividends.
