It is not a surprise that David De Gea was again named Manchester United’s player of the year. The goalkeeper has probably saved the team and more importantly, Louis Van Gaal’s scalp several times this season.
However, according to reports from Mail, the player may be the reason why Louis Van Gaal will be asked to leave the club this season. The report says that the player is not ready to play another season under Louis Van Gaal and will look for an exit if the club does not change the manager.
He was supposed to leave last season and if he had then Louis Van Gaal probably would have lost his job mid season. However if it were up to me then I would like t keep David De Gea at the club but unfortunately(and fortunately for LVG) I am not in charge. But in all practicality we may see the exit of Louis Van Gaal in the summer.
