Scouting For Manchester United – 3 Beckham Like Players Out There To Sign

David Beckham has undoubtedly become one of the most famous footballers who inspired people to watch or play the beautiful game more than any other player.  The former England team captain had scored 62 goals for United. Very few would disagree with him being known as the best free kick taker ever. David Beckham’s was more known for his accurate passes and shoots. David Beckham was a part of the Class of 92 along with other United legends like Ryan Giggs, Paul Sholes, etc. He won the Premier League six times and played an important role helping his team to win the treble. His life in and out of the pitch has been as glamorous as it gets. Beckham was one of a kind and a player like him is hard to find. The charisma Beckham had on field throughout his career was reputable. His presence used to be enough to intimidate the opposition.

Manchester United really didn’t ever sign a similar no. 7 again. Here are some players who have quite the same style as David Beckham, whom United should sign soon:

    1. David Silva:

No, not because his name is also David, but he has a very similar style of play as Beckham had in his days at Old Trafford. The Spanish playmaker also possesses a great ability of creating chances and giving assists to his teammates while scoring goals on some occasions. Silva has had a successful career now, being a main player for his national team and also the best passer in Manchester City. David Silva has scored 35 goals for Manchester City as of now.

    1. Marco Reus:

Reus is a German professional footballer who plays as an attacking midfielder, winger or striker for German Bundesliga club Borussia Dortmund and the Germany national team. Reus is known for his versatility and techniques in shooting. He has scored 48 goals for Borussia Dortmund as of now since his move in 2012. The German winger has scored 18 goals this season for Dortmund and has a passing success percentage of 83%, which goes to show that he can pass and shoot the ball in a decent manner while pacing down the flanks. Reus has already been linked to a move to Premier League earlier this year.

    1. James Rodriguez:

A madridista just like David Beckham was, Rodriguez was one of the best signings made after the 2014 World Cup. Rodriguez has been an important player for Real Madrid ever since. He has scored 9 goals for his club this season and has registered 7 assists to his name. Rodriguez has a strong ability to pass the ball accurately, crossing and taking long shots. A move to Manchester United can be a delightful one as he would be looking for good clubs to sign him when Real Madrid decides to get rid of him, which might be done sooner than we know, given their history.
