Alan Brazil not happy with Manchester United boss Erik ten Hag hitting back at the media
In his latest appearance on talkSPORT, Alan Brazil has criticised Manchester United manager Erik ten Hag for hitting back at the media when asked if his side’s FA Cup semi-final victory over Coventry City was embarrassing.
“Does he [Ten Hag] not understand English?”

The former Man United forward and Scotland international also called Ten Hag “stupid” for not being able to deal with the question with deftness.
The Dutchman did not take it well when he was asked in his press conference ahead of the Wednesday game against Sheffield United whether he thought the FA Cup game last Sunday was embarrassing for his side.
“No, I absolutely can’t understand the reaction [from the media]. You asked the question: ‘Was it embarrassing?’ No, the reaction from you was embarrassing.”

Delivered upon request
The question Ten Hag was asked was deliberately worded to elicit an unconventional response from an under-fire manager; the Dutchman duly delivered.
Without performances to back him, no amount of defiant words will save Ten Hag at United, which is one of the hottest managerial seats in world football.
And performances have not been there the whole season for Man United, with only a handful of things to be optimistic about ahead of a new era this summer.
