Juventus striker Dusan Vlahovic would be ‘tempted’ by move to Manchester United
Serbia international and Juventus star Dusan Vlahovic would be ‘tempted’ by a move to Manchester United, according to Italian outlet Calciomercatoweb via HITC (h/t Manchester Evening News).
The Red Devils are interested in the 22-year-old. He is a ‘top target’ for the Old Trafford side, along with other Premier League rivals Newcastle United and Chelsea.
Although, Vahovic would prefer a move to either London or Manchester if he were to arrive in England. However, the Manchester-based club are looking for a short-term loan option to bolster their front line at the moment.
Graham Potter’s team signed Raheem Sterling and Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang in the recent transfer window. However, the Blues have struggled to find the back of the net consistently.
As for United, Cristiano Ronaldo recently left the club midway through the season. Right now, Anthony Martial is the only natural striker in the squad. Unfortunately, the French national has had issues with injuries in the current campaign.
Marcus Rashford has been deployed up front on a number of occasions this season. The 25-year-old has been decent for the Old Trafford side up front.
The England international has been brilliant in front of goal this term. In our recent fixture against Nottingham Forest, the forward has found the back of the net in our last two fixtures against Burnley and Nottingham Forest.
Vlahovic joined the Old Lady in the winter window of 2022 from Fiorentina. While the Serbian has been decent in Turin, Massimiliano Allegri’s team have struggled this season. In 15 appearances in all competitions in the current campaign, the striker has scored seven goals.
