Juventus and France midfielder Adrien Rabiot offered to Premier League clubs amidst Manchester United interest
France and Juventus star Adrien Rabiot has been offered to Premier League clubs amidst interest from Manchester United, according to 90min (h/t Manchester Evening News).
The 27-year-old’s current contract expires in the summer of 2023. As a result, he will be free to reach a pre-contract agreement with a club from outside Italy from January.
In the recent transfer window, the Red Devils were heavily linked with the midfielder’s signature. However, a deal did not end up materialising. But he is still a target for the Old Trafford side.
Other English top-flight rivals such as Arsenal, Tottenham Hotspur, Liverpool and Chelsea are also keeping an eye on Rabiot. He has also been proposed as an option to Spanish giants Barcelona.
The 27-year-old has been in fine form this season for Juventus. However, the Old Lady are not having the best of campaigns. Massimiliano Allegri’s team have struggled this season.
The midfielder has also shone on the biggest stage—the 2022 World Cup. France have made it to the final, where they will face Argentina. The former Paris Saint-Germain star has been a pivotal member of Didier Deschamps’ team in Qatar.
All of our PL rivals could seemingly do with reinforcements in the engine room. On the other hand, Barcelona evidently already have a lot of
talent, with the likes of Pedri, Gavi and Frenkie de Jong in the middle of the park.As for United, we ended up signing Casemiro and Christian Eriksen in the summer of 2022. The Danish and Brazilian stars have been impressive during their time in Manchester.
