Manchester United attacker Marcus Rashford responds to Cristiano Ronaldo rift claims
Posting on his official Twitter handle, Manchester United attacker Marcus Rashford has issued a response to claims stating that there is a rift between him and Cristiano Ronaldo. This update was the latest in the long list of ridiculous rumours swirling around the squad at this moment in time.
Christian Falk of BILD via Twitter stated that Rashford, alongside Harry Maguire and some other English players, were “angry” with Ronaldo for creating a divide within the team. Naturally, that had created a negative commotion among the supporters, which does not bode well for the club in any way.
However, Rashford has shut down those talks by tweeting a response ridiculing Falk’s statement. The striker’s reaction on social media certainly has put an end to the claims, even though some damage may have already been done. He said:
“Are we just making it up as we go along now then? Please stop looking for divides.”

Those who have been keeping regular updates with the happenings at Old Trafford would know that similar piece of news has been a common thing recently. Moreover, players have come out and stated that they are wrong and are just trying to create unrest within the club.

It was baffling to see Falk claim there was a rift between the two Man United forwards as the Englishman has previously revealed that the 37-year-old is his idol. After all, it is really difficult to believe the claim of someone getting into a clash with his hero.
