Manchester United star Cristiano Ronaldo relishing competitive return to the Premier League

According to The Daily Mail, Manchester United star, Cristiano Ronaldo has admitted that he is relishing the challenge that the Premier League is presenting following his second stint at Old Trafford.

The 36-year-old has so far played three times for United this season, scoring four goals. It has however not been smooth sailing. The Red Devils were held by Southampton and lost to Young Boys in the Champions League.

More so, they got past West Ham United thanks to not just an 89-minute strike by Jesse Lingard but also David de Gea’s stoppage-time heroics. A fair showing of the challenge the English top-flight represents.

Ronaldo took to Instagram to admit just how happy he is to be back in the Premier League. A fierce competition, Ronaldo is one of the players who thrive under pressure.

He was understandably ecstatic and made that clear on Instagram. Ronaldo is up for the challenge and believes there are no free lunches to be handed over.

He remains committed to helping United succeed and has faith that the Red Devils can overcome the challenges, together. It is fair to say that the phenom clearly knows how to inspire his teammates.
