Harry Maguire taking revolutionary steps to stay fit for England
According to Mirror, Harry Maguire is taking revolutionary steps to stay fit for England in the Euros. England are set to take on Germany in their last 16 tie and will want the defender in the side to deal with the likes of Kai Havertz and Thomas Muller.
Harry Maguire returned to action against the Czech Republic after more than a month on the sidelines. The Manchester United captain played out the entire 90 minutes without any fuss as England scraped to a narrow win.
The Three Lions will next face Germany in the knockout stage. Having been knocked out by Iceland at a similar stage in 2016, Gareth Southgate’s side will face a much tougher proposition this time against the Germans.
Maguire on his part is taking some good steps to keep his fitness up. He has been using a device to help with the swelling and bruising around injuries.
“I have the England and Manchester United medics who are the best about and have obviously been integral to my recovery – but they can‘t be with me 24/7. The ProMOTION EV1 device is really compact and so I’ve used it as portable therapy for myself. It provides cold, heat and compression functions which have been hugely beneficial in supporting my recovery. You can take it wherever you want, it’s easy to carry and has been a game changer in getting me fit for the Euros. There are even settings so I can use it whilst I sleep!”

England are yet to concede a single goal in the tournament. With their best defender now back available, they will take on Germany with a spring in their step. However, Germany are a different beast altogether. England will need all of their players to step up if they are to move to the next round.
