Barcelona enter the race for Manchester United target Kingsley Coman
According to transfer news from ESPN, Barcelona have entered the race for Manchester United target Kingsley Coman. The Blaugrana want the Bayern Munich star to replace Ousmane Dembele.
Barcelona are in a bit of a spot regarding Dembele’s future. The French superstar has just one year left on his current deal, making this the only window in which they can sell him. Contract talks haven’t yielded much of a result due to which they are now looking at potential replacements.
It’s indeed Dembele’s compatriot Kingsley Coman who the Catalan club want. Coman’s successful stint at Bayern is said to have caught the eyes of Europe’s elite clubs including Manchester United and Chelsea.
The 25-year-old has been linked with a move to United due to contract issues at Bayern. A world-class winger, Coman has won all there is in such a short time. Hence, it was no surprise that United were said to be after the player.
