Jesse Lingard designs £12 ‘JLingz’ face masks for charity

According to the Daily Mail, Manchester United star Jesse Lingard has created his own ‘JLingz’ face masks.

These masks will be made available for worth £12, well in time before wearing one in public transport becomes compulsory on June 15.

They were unveiled by the player on his Instagram profile earlier today. He also went on to reveal that all proceeds will go straight to the NHS in their ongoing battle against the coronavirus crisis.

The design features his trademark ‘J-L’ celebration on the front. Lingard usually makes use of it in his celebrations after scoring a goal.

Not only will the masks keep people safe but also contribute to the NHS. It is a clever initiative by the United star to help kill two birds with one stone. Although the price could be considered steep by some, the fact that it will be used in the battle against the coronavirus means you can also do your bit.

Another player who is busy with initiatives for the needy is Marcus Rashford. The ace striker has done enough to ensure three million meals are distributed to the needy in the society. (h/t Daily Mail)
