Manchester United player ratings on FIFA 22 leaked ahead of official release
According to the Daily Star, the Manchester United player ratings on FIFA 22 has been leaked ahead of the game’s official release.
The latest version of the popular game will be out in October. While United fans will need to wait a while longer before they can enjoy it, they can now enjoy a sneak peek at what is in store for them. As things stand, we now know exactly how much United’s best XI is rated at.
According to the report, a clip from the popular app Tik-Tok showed a player on the Ultimate Team section of the game with a team that consists entirely of Red Devils stars. All but two of our first XI players appear to have grown in ratings.
English duo Harry Maguire and Luke Shaw have both received a boost in their ratings after an excellent season for club and country. The former saw his ratings rise from 82 to 84 while the latter was elevated to 85 from 81. Few can argue that these weren’t deserved.
Paul Pogba and Marcus Rashford both also saw an elevation of +1 and are currently at 87 and 86 respectively. They both lag behind new boy Jadon Sancho who is rated at an excellent 88. If he continues to keep progressing, there is no reason why he cannot breach the 90+ barrier in the coming years.
It will come as no surprise that Bruno Fernandes is the club’s highest-rated player in the game. The Portuguese maestro is rated at 89 and given his performances over the last one and a half years, none can begrudge him. Another season at a similar level and he too can breach the 90+ barrier.
Raphael Varane is our highest-rated defender at 86 and forms a formidable duo with Maguire at the heart of the United defence. Among others, Aaron Wan-Bissaka rose from 83 to 84 while Scott McTominay broke into the eighties (82) with a +3 improvement. Edinson Cavani, too, continues to impress despite his age and is now an 85 rated player.
