Manchester United is reported to be keeping an eye on AZ forward Vincent Janssen. Another Dutch player who is likely to join Old Trafford under the management of Louis Van Gaal. Why I am not surprised?
Janssen is a highly rated player and at just 21 year old has scored 20 goal this season. He has appeared in 28 matches so far. De Telegraaf, the Dutch version of the Telegraph, has reported that the Red Devils has sent scouts as AZ Alkmaar faced PSV Eindhoven on Saturday night. The reason was to observe Janssen.
It is also reported that PSG and Everton are also keeping tab on the player and may provide competition to Manchester United should they decided to move for the player. United bought Memphis Depay last season with a lot of expectation but unfortunately the highly rated youngster has not really been able to impress the Old Trafford faithful.
