The current coach of the Italian National Team first grabbed the headlines when he led Juventus through an undefeated league title in 2011-12, at the end of which they grabbed the Scudetto. Conte, like all Italian masterminds, lays great stress on his defence, and under him, Juve clinched four successive league titles. He is a man of few words but his mettle speaks for himself. Moreover, he was also heavily linked to the Chelsea job after Mourinho got sacked, so there is no real reason why Ed Woodward and co. can’t convince him to join United if they so desire.
