Real Madrid to offer Keylor Navas to Manchester United

The Telegraph reports that Manchester United will be offered the chance by Real Madrid to sign Keylor Navas. The report claims that Paris Saint-Germain are interested in David de Gea and are ready to bid for the Spaniard if he does not sign a new deal with us.

De Gea’s contract ends in 2020 and the report claims that United have been linked with Atletico Madrid’s Jan Oblak. The Slovenian is one of the best keepers in the world but Navas has picked up several trophies with Real, including three consecutive Champions League titles.

Real also eyeing a United player

The Telegraph is uncertain if United are interested in the 32-year-old Navas, but Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has claimed that the club are in touch with agents regarding summer moves.

De Gea’s form has dipped alarmingly in recent weeks and the report claims that Real would be happy to send the Costa Rican to Old Trafford.

They could even send him as part of a bid to land Paul Pogba, but the report adds Navas could join without the Frenchman being thrown into the deal.

The Costa Rican is a great goalkeeper but his minutes have been reduced this season, thanks to the arrival of Thibaut Courtois.

Further, he is not a long-term solution to the goalkeeping spot and would find it difficult to replace De Gea at Old Trafford.
