Paris Saint-Germain are still interested in under-fire Manchester United star
Manchester United and Paris Saint-Germain may be conducting some business during the summer. According to Ben Jacobs (h/t The Sun), PSG are still interested in signing Marcus Rashford.
The Red Devil has been under fire this season for two reasons. Firstly, for his poor form in front of goal and secondly, for his poor habit of partying at all of the wrong times.
He has made over 387 appearances for United while scoring 128 goals and recording 74 assists. As good as his numbers may be his discipline issues could spur the club to sell him during the summer.
A deal for Rashford will bring in a great amount of money for the club and since he is an academy graduate every cent they sell him for will count as pure profit. This will be a great boon for their summer plans.
Moreover, Kylian Mbappe’s future is very uncertain. Every sign points towards his time in France coming to an end soon. This will be the perfect time for PSG to swoop in and try to replace him with Marcus Rashford.
However, no deals will be taking place if Man United cannot bring in a replacement first. Their offensive line is already stretched thin and losing Rashford will leave Ten Hag with limited options.
