Manchester United legend Rio Ferdinand shares Instagram reel highlighting the club’s domestic dominance

Manchester United legend Rio Ferdinand recently shared a reel on Instagram that showcases the club’s domestic dominance over the years. The reel presents some ridiculously good stats as it shows the players with the most amount of Premier League medals.

The top 10 players on that list are all Manchester United icons. It features club legends like David Beckham, Ryan Giggs, and Paul Scholes. Giggs tops the list with 13 Premier League medals followed by Scholes who has 11.

Everyone knows that the Red Devils have an almost untouchable history as a club. No other club in the league has won more games than these guys. Manchester United also lead the race for most Premier League titles with the number being at 20.

Rio Ferdinand calls out Arsenal coach Mikel Arteta for doing something that a Manchester United manager wouldn't.
Rio Ferdinand won all his career trophies during his time at Manchester United.

13 of those titles came while Sir Alex Ferguson was at the helm. If anyone deserves credit for the club’s success it’s him. It doesn’t come as a surprise that the Old Trafford squad has been struggling ever since Ferguson stepped down.

The club barely gives the new managers time to settle in before they axe them, so the possibility of United getting another Ferguson is almost non-existent.

While Rio Ferdinand’s post does show that the Red Devils have been the most successful team in the Premier League for a very long time, that title will be stripped away from them if things don’t improve.

Sir Alex is a knighted individual much like the club’s new owner Sir Jim Ratcliffe. Even though the knighthood has nothing to do with football, a lot of people expect that Ratcliffe will be the person who paves the way for success at Old Trafford.
