Bayern Munich to keep Noussair Mazraoui amidst Real Madrid and Manchester United interest
Bundesliga giants Bayern Munich have ‘no intention’ of parting ways with Noussair Mazraoui amidst interest from Real Madrid and Manchester United, according to Sport 1 via Fichajes.net.
Earlier in the season, the Morocco international had expressed his intention to leave the Bavarians after a lack of game time. However, the German outfit’s sporting director Hasan Salihamidzic has made it clear that the Allianz Arena side will keep the right-back.
Apart from the Red Devils and Los Blancos, the 25-year-old has also popped up on the radar of Spanish giants Barcelona. However, it looks like his future is set to prolong in Thomas Tuchel’s team.
Mazraoui signed for Bayern last summer as a free agent after leaving Ajax Amsterdam. The Moroccan’s current contract with the Bavarians runs until June 2026.
However, opportunities in the team have been few and far between for the right-back in the Bundesliga giants’ first team. He has started in just nine league games in the current campaign for the German outfit.
Benjamin Pavard has been playing on the right-hand side of the defence for Bayern over the years. They also signed Manchester City full-back Joao Cancelo on loan in January.
As for United, Diogo Dalot and Aaron Wan-Bissaka are the two right-backs in the team. The Portugal international has been relied upon by Erik ten Hag for most of the season.
But in recent weeks, the former Crystal Palace star has made a place for himself in the gaffer’s plans. Still, it would not be out of the ordinary to see the English national leave the club next summer.

In that case, adding competition to the squad for Dalot will evidently be important. But it seems like Mazraoui will not be an option for the Red Devils.
