In the summer of 2022, Paul Pogba left the club after a mixed spell back in Manchester.
While he did not set the world alight during his time with the Red Devils, the French national was a quality box-to-box midfielder.United signed Christian Eriksen and Casemiro in the recent transfer window to bolster the engine room. And the Denmark international has seemingly taken the place of Pogba in the team, thriving in the number eight position.
