According to Catalan outlet Sport (h/t SportWitness), Manchester United Ronald Araujo intends to ask for a wage offer that ‘rewards his progress’ at Barcelona.
Ronald Araujo has shown incredible growth in the current season. The Uruguayan was promoted in 2020 to provide cover in the defensive role. He has successfully tackled the situation, and currently, he has become the first choice centre back partner of Gerard Pique in the Barcelona defence. The 22-year-old has made 19 appearances across all competitions this season.
