Transfer News: Manchester United could sell these four players

According to transfer news from Daily Star, Manchester United could sell four players in a bid to raise funds. The Red Devils are close to getting a double deal done for Raphael Varane and Kieran Trippier, meaning that they are in need of selling the players already at the club.

It’s been a busy start to the transfer window for Manchester United. Tom Heaton has already been signed while Jadon Sancho is close to being announced officially. United are still said to be working on a few more names. Two deals that appear to be rather close are that of Varane and Trippier.

However, these new arrivals will result in some departures as well. Returning from a loan spell at Lazio, Andreas Pereira still finds himself on the fringes of United. With the player wanting regular games, it is likely that he would be shown the exit door. Jesse Lingard is another similar player who could be cashed in on after a stellar spell at West Ham.

Diogo Dalot is yet another player who spent the last season out on loan. AC Milan remain keen on another loan deal but United prefer a permanent sale. Lastly, there’s Alex Telles who is from the first-team. The Brazilian is the subject of interest from Roma at this point.

It is understandable that United would want to let go of the three players returning from loan. However, Telles should be kept at all costs. United would do well to get some of those names off their books, which will give them some cash for transfers.
