[Image] Predicted 4-2-3-1 Man United XI to face Wolves – Can the Red Devils grab a crucial win?

Predicted Manchester United line-up to face Wolves

Manchester United will look to get back to winning ways when they take on Wolves at Old Trafford on Tuesday.

The Red Devils are coming off the back of a disappointing draw against Leicester City at the weekend. United led twice and missed a whole lot of chances to put the game to bed. Ultimately, it came back to bite us as the Foxes levelled late on.

Thankfully for us, the likes of Liverpool, Tottenham Hotspur, and Chelsea all dropped points, meaning the status quo was more or less maintained in the title race.

Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s side rediscovered their home form with the 6-2 thrashing of Leeds United. Hopefully, they can keep that run going against Wolves.

Team News

Both Victor Lindelof and Aaron Wan-Bissaka are recovering from injuries and are doubtful to feature for this game. The latter, though, was back in training on Monday.

Axel Tuanzebe, who started on the bench against Leicester, could be set to return to the starting XI. Defensive duo Phil Jones and Marcos Rojo have also been ruled out with injuries.

Probable Manchester United XI

Formation: 4-2-3-1

David de Gea (GK)

The Spaniard is the club’s first-choice goalkeeper. While he appeared to go down badly in the match at Leicester, he got back up and went on to complete the game. He looks likely to be called upon once again this Tuesday.

Axel Tuanzebe (RB)

The 23-year-old looks set to return at right-back against Wolves. He put in an impressive performance away to Everton and was on the bench against Leicester.

Solskjaer has already admitted that the player is ready in case Wan-Bissaka and Lindelof both don’t make it.

Eric Bailly (CB)

The Ivory Coast star is back fit and has started our last two games and looks set to do so again.

Harry Maguire (CB)

The skipper will have to put in a better performance than the one he had at Leicester. An automatic starter when fit.

Alex Telles (LB)

The Brazilian was rested at the weekend against Leicester and could replace Luke Shaw at left-back. With the game taking place just 72 hours later, the Englishman looks set to be given a breather.

Paul Pogba (CM)

The Frenchman has looked good of late and was another one of the stars rested at the weekend. He put up a good cameo off the bench and could be set for a recall to the starting XI.

Nemanja Matic (CM)

The veteran midfielder has played his part when called upon this season. The Wolves midfield of Ruben Neves and Joao Moutinho is not the fastest and Matic could be brought back to face them.

Mason Greenwood (RW)

The teenager was an unused substitute at the King Power. Daniel James has started the last two games but has failed to stand out. He could finally set to be dropped this week with Greenwood taking his place.

Marcus Rashford (LW)

Rashford was on target against Leicester but also missed a number of gilt-edged opportunities. He was otherwise excellent and will be expected to continue on the left.

Bruno Fernandes (AM)

Fernandes was once again our best player at Leicester. The Portuguese star assisted one and scored another. He was left frustrated by the draw and will be keen to make amends at the Theatre of Dreams.

Edinson Cavani (CF)

The Uruguayan came off he bench on Saturday and impressed. With Anthony Martial struggling for form, Cavani could be set for a recall to the starting XI.
