Juventus in talks with Mino Raiola for Manchester United star Paul Pogba
According to The Express, transfer expert Fabrizio Romano has revealed that Paul Pogba could leave Manchester United next summer.
The Red Devils are ready to sanction the Frenchman’s departure following his agent Mino Raiola’s comments earlier this month.
The super-agent claimed Pogba was unhappy at the club and urged United to let him leave when the window opens. Raiola later claimed that Pogba would stay put in January, a fact Romano has now backed up.(h/t BBC)
Romano’s revelations came through the comments section of his Instagram page. When asked about the midfielder’s future, the Italian journalist confirmed that Pogba will be leaving next summer.
“Leaving next summer.”
Given his reliability, it would appear Pogba is indeed in the final few months of his United career. To his credit, he appears to be keen on going out on a high as he continues to impress on the pitch.
The 27-year-old was once again excellent as Manchester United defeated Sheffield United 3-2 away at Bramall Lane. The win took us to within five points of Liverpool with a game in hand.
According to Italian journalist Carlo Garganese (h/t The Express), Juventus are already in talks with Raiola over resigning Pogba.
Pogba is the Old Lady’s top transfer target and they are willing to wait until the summer to get the deal done.
