Manchester City hold talks with Manchester United target Leon Bailey

According to Foot Mercato (h/t Mirror), Manchester City are set to beat Manchester United in the race for Leon Bailey.

The 22-year-old Bailey has been heralded as one of the most exciting young wingers in Europe since he burst onto the scenes at KRC Genk a few years ago. He made the switch to Bayer Leverkusen in January 2017 and has continued to carve out a massive reputation for himself.
