Manchester United have already qualified for the knockout round of the Champions League, and Jose Mourinho claimed that the team will be rotated ahead of the Premier League clash against Liverpool at the weekend.

The Red Devils made light work of Fulham in the previous game coming out 4-1 winners, but Mourinho will mix things up as we take on Valencia in midweek.

We could overhaul Juventus at the top of our group should we win and they lose to Young Boys, but it looks unlikely that the Italians will succumb to the Swiss side.

Beating Liverpool on Sunday would be great, and here is our predicted line-up for the Red Devils.

Predicted Manchester United XI

Formation: 4-3-3

Manager: Jose Mourinho

Sergio Romero (GK)

David de Gea needs to be fresh for the Liverpool tie and there is no point in risking him against Valencia.

Diogo Dalot (RB)

The youngster did well in the game against the Cottagers and will continue down the right against Los Che.

Marcos Rojo of Manchester United
Marcos Rojo

Marcos Rojo (CB)

There are concerns about Eric Bailly’s fitness against Valencia, and we could see Rojo start for us on Wednesday.

Phil Jones (CB)

Jones was brought back into the team after a string of injuries to our back line, and the Englishman will have another cap to his name against Valencia.

Ashley Young (LB)

Young should continue down the left as Luke Shaw is still dealing with an injury.

Marouane Fellaini (CM)

Fellaini has been great since his return from injury, and the Belgian should get a run out in midweek.

Andreas Pereira

Andreas Pereira (CM)

Pereira is another player that Mourinho hinted at starting, and this would be his chance to prove his ability on the big stage.

Paul Pogba (CM)

The Frenchman will start for United, and it will be interesting to see how he does after being left out in the previous game.

Marcus Rashford (LW)

The Englishman was another player that starred in our win over Fulham and could continue starting given we have several players injured.

Romelu Lukaku (ST)

It was great seeing Lukaku score against the Cottagers, and the Belgian should continue playing in our side on Wednesday.

Juan Mata (RW)

Mata looked great in our win over Fulham, and the Spaniard should continue out wide for United.
