Manchester United forward Marcus Rashford is wanted by Italian giants AC Milan, according to Gazzetta dello Sport (h/t Sun).
The 21-year-old has struggled for goals this season under Jose Mourinho and has found the back of the net just thrice.
The report adds that the star is a target for the Milan giants after they failed to sign former star Zlatan Ibrahimovic.
Rashford has started a number of games recently for the Red Devils, but the Sun claims that the youngster has “welcomed” interest from La Liga giants Real Madrid.
The report adds that Milan know it would be tough to pry Rashford away from Old Trafford, and they have lined up other possible stars.
Liverpool striker Divock Origi is seen as an option by manager Gennaro Gattuso, while the report adds that Fabio Quagliarella of Sampdoria is a realistic target since he will be a free agent at the end of the season.
Rashford has a ton of potential and will develop into a better footballer with regular time on the pitch but the youngster isn’t the only one struggling at United this season.
The team has faced trouble keeping clean sheets and face a daunting task against Liverpool at the weekend.

Rashford has fond memories of facing Liverpool. In the last game, he scored a brace to secure a win. United need to keep hold of such talents rather than letting them leave. Hopefully, we will get to see the best of the 21-year-old at Old Trafford for years to come.
