This season Manchester United has heavily depended on their youngster. While fans have been pretty vocal about the style of game that Louis Van Gaal has adapted to, the promotion of youngsters from the academy has given the Dutchman some brownie points as the season nears its end.
One player in particular that has stood out is Marcus Rashford. The 18 year old youngster has pivotal in United’s campaign and scored some decisive goals and put in a match winning performance in several games so far. Now Daily Mail has reported that the player is set to get a bumper new deal and that will solidify his place in the squad.
The player currently earns £1,500 a week and with the renewed deal he is set to earn about £25,000 a week. The player has netted 7 goals so far this season and even after the return of Rooney, Louis Van Gaal has kept him in the team as the first choice striker.
