Louis Van Gaal, the manager looking likely to exit Manchester United in the summer, has confirmed that a number of new faces will arrive at Old Trafford in the summer transfer window.
A report from Daily Star has quoted the Dutchman saying that the reason many players will be coming to Old Trafford is because the world has seen how Louis Van Gaal gives chance to even the youth to prove their place in the team. While speaking to the reporters, Van Gaal has stressed on the culture of Manchester United and how it is to give chance to youth. The Dutchman however probably missed how it is also the culture of Manchester United to win trophies by playing attacking football.
He concluded his discussion saying that a lot of players will be coming to Manchester United because he gives them a chance. Whether he will be at United or not, that is a different matter altogether.
“When you see how many players I give the chance to show themselves, at the end only two are three players are finishing as a player of Manchester United.
“But, when you have me as the manager, you have a lot of chances.
“Also, a lot of players, because of that, are coming next season to Manchester United because they see that [I give them a chance].”
