La Liga clubs show interest in United flops Matteo Darmian and Alexis Sanchez
Manchester United’s Matteo Darmian has an interesting offer from Valencia while Atletico Madrid are eyeing Alexis Sanchez, according to the Sun.
Darmian, 29, has been a big flop at United as he has constantly struggled with injuries since his move to Old Trafford in 2015.
The Italian full-back clearly went down the pecking order over the course as he made only 92 appearances in four seasons.
Now, La Liga outfit Valencia are in talks with the former Torino player over a £9million move and surely, the Red Devils have no second thoughts about Italian’s future.
Atletico’s interest in Sanchez
At the same time, Spanish giants Atletico are plotting a move for Sanchez, who turns out to have a bleak future ahead at Old Trafford.
The Chilean star has failed to live up to the expectations and has been seen as a big-money flop given his wages. And the ex-Barcelona star’s recurrent injury woes have hindered his progress as he made only 20 appearances with an unimpressive stat of just a goal and three assists. The 30-year-old has also been linked with a move to Serie A outfit Inter Milan.
