Manchester United will be taking on Everton tomorrow as the Red Devils look to get back on track in the Premier League. The past two weeks have not been kind to Erik ten Hag and his team.

They successfully started off their comeback efforts during the second half of the season. However, injuries to stars Rasmus Hojlund and Lisandro Martinez left them short-handed and the team dropped six points.

These injuries only occurred after United got into a position to challenge for a top-four spot. Unfortunately, there are now 11 points separating them from the top four.

However, tomorrow’s game against Everton could change things up for Manchester United as Sean Dyche is also expecting to miss two of his stars. Here’s what he had to say about the situation. (h/t Manchester Evening News)

“Arnaut Danjuma continues to make progress but he’s not there yet, Idrissa Gueye is unlikely but has a chance.”

Both his key striker and star midfielder are unfit for the game which will be a big boost for Manchester United. Dyche added that a few more players are dealing with knocks and bruises but he expects them to be ready for the game.

Erik ten Hag on the other hand will also be short-handed but the Dutchman absolutely needs to get the three points tomorrow. Moreover, the Red Devils are always more dangerous when they’re coming off a loss.
