Manchester United are expected to move on from Jadon Sancho during this transfer window. The player has not featured since September following a public falling out with coach Erik Ten Hag.

At this time it does not look like the Old Trafford squad will be able to get back the £73m that they paid for Sancho. But, even if they can get rid of him it will be counted as a win for the team.

The Dutchman has been eager to bring in new talent this January. Since the club doesn’t have funds he will be counting on the sale of players to get some. Selling the 23-year-old is the key to a successful January this time around.

It isn’t just Sancho who might be offloaded this January. According to multiple reports, Manchester United are open to selling three superstars including the English winger.

Carlos Casemiro and Raphael Varane are also not safe and will be sold if a suitable offer is made. Both players have been excellent but their age and their lack of availability has been a concern for Ten Hag.

Varane has only made 16 appearances for Manchester United this season. Casemiro has made even less with only 12 appearances made (transfermarkt). Their inability to stay fit is a major concern for the Old Trafford management.
