Juventus might be making a move for Jadon Sancho of Manchester United in the upcoming transfer window
According to the Spanish outlet Fichajes, Manchester United winger Jadon Sancho might join the Italian giants Juventus in the upcoming transfer window.
Juventus, are third in Serie A at the moment and are hopeful that the Red Devils will agree to cover half of Sancho’s salary while he is on loan from them.
Sancho, 23, has only played 76 minutes across three substitute appearances this season after United head coach Erik ten Hag pulled him out from the playing group following a public argument about his commitment to training.
Dortmund had been the early favourites to re-sign Sancho, but the winger is said to prefer the prospect of reviving his career in Serie A than going back to Signal Iduna Park.
Sancho might inject some flair into Juventus’ attack, which Massimiliano Allegri also needs in his team. There has been discussion in recent weeks that the Italian team will look at Berardi, but the possibility of Jadon Sancho forces the issue to be debated.
Given how far out of the picture Sancho is at Old Trafford, United might accept the reality that they would suffer a significant financial loss in order to move Sancho, but they believe that this may be their best and possibly only choice right now.
Instead of wishing for the club to suffer for his benefit, it would be advantageous for both the player and the club if he decided to depart. Sancho could choose to stick it out at United but that would come at the cost of his career.
