Manchester United are once again interested in signing Victor Osimhen of Napoli
According to Calciomercato, from an economic standpoint, Manchester United are willing to take extreme measures to sign Victor Osimhen. The Nigerian contributed to Napoli’s league-winning season last year by scoring 31 goals in all competitions.
There are other English teams interested in signing the Nigerian international, including Chelsea, so Manchester United won’t be the only one vying for his services. Real Madrid, the Spanish powerhouse, are also keeping an eye on his status.
Comparing the form of Real Madrid and United, we are surely on the back foot. Madrid’s player pull is immense and it will surely be a tough fight for us to lure Osimhen to Old Trafford. However, it does not appear if it will stop us from trying.
Undoubtedly, having a goal scorer like him would help Manchester United. Rasmus Hojlund, a 20-year-old Danish international who was recruited by Atalanta during the summer transfer window, will need some time to develop before he can properly showcase his talents in the Premier League.
Hojlund is already starting to show us his worth. Just over a month has passed since the summer transfer market session ended, but Victor Osimhen-related rumours have not stopped.
Osimhen will want to join a team that can contend for big trophies, although it is unclear where he will ultimately play. The 24-year-old striker, on the other hand, is a ready-made choice who might have an immediate impact and change Manchester United in the final third.
Scoring goals is an important criteria now and that is what we are lacking at the moment. In the end of the season, these goals will come in very useful to climb up the Premier League table.

Since Napoli is already looking for Osimhen’s replacement, it might make our job easier to hunt him down and give him the Premier League exposure. There’s no doubt he’s going to be a prolific player for United.
