Former Chelsea defender Frank Leboeuf makes bold Manchester United top-four claim
Former Chelsea defender Frank Leboeuf gave his analysis to CasinosEnLigne.com (h/t Manchester Evening News) where he mentioned what Manchester United has to do to get to the top four in the Premier League.
Leboeuf made a blunt prediction for the top four in which he did not name the Red Devils as one of the teams. However, the former French defender spoke highly of United manager Erik ten Hag and did not dismiss the club’s chances.
The 1998 FIFA World Cup winner believes that United need to get their balance right to stand a chance.
Leboeuf gave his top four candidates to CasinosEnLigne.com (h/t Manchester Evening News) with a special nod to United. He said:
“Chelsea won’t get top-four, and I think we already know who will – Manchester City, Arsenal, Tottenham, and perhaps Brighton. Spurs are looking good and don’t have a European campaign to worry about this season. Manchester United need to get their balance right, but I think Ten Hag is a good coach and he’s made some good decisions already.”
The Red Devils are currently occupying the 9th position in the Premier League table with six games played so far. United suffered a poor start and struggled with consistency as they have won three games and lost three as well.
Ten Hag is currently navigating the Red Devils out of the dismal situation with two consecutive wins. The first one came against Burnley in the Premier League followed by a victory over Crystal Palace in the Carabao Cup.

We believe the injury crisis played a critical role during the season’s start, causing disorganization within the team. The United boss will be looking to build consistency as many first-team players have returned from their injury lay-off. The Red Devils are gradually building their form as the season proceeds and Old Trafford faithful have faith in Ten Hag to deliver success.
