Manchester United in talks to extend Aaron Wan-Bissaka’s contract
According to a report in The Telegraph (Subscription Required), Manchester United are actively pursuing a contract extension for Aaron Wan-Bissaka. The 25-year-old right-back is in the final year of his contract. Even though United have the option to extend the current contract by one more season.
Wan-Bissaka’s journey at Manchester United began with a £50 million transfer from Crystal Palace on June 29, 2019. During his time at the club, he has amassed an impressive 164 appearances, netting two goals and providing 12 assists.
His reputation in the Premier League has primarily revolved around his defensive prowess. He showed exceptional ability to read the game and time his tackles to perfection.

United are looking to reward Wan-Bissaka for the progress he has made under the manager Erik ten Hag. Since the transfer window has closed, the focus of the club has shifted back to securing a dependable player.
