Manchester United star Cristiano Ronaldo and his wife Georgina Rodriguez are expecting a boy and girl
According to The Sun, Manchester United forward Cristiano Ronaldo and his wife, Georgina Rodriguez, are expecting a boy and girl after revealing it in a video on their social media account. Georgina was five months pregnant when they gender-disclosed this news alongside their four children.
With two boys and girls each, Ronaldo would be delighted to add one more to their group, which was emphasized by his message that wrote: “Where life begins and love never ends”. The four kids popped the balloons, which revealed pink and blue confetti at the same time.
The Spanish model gave a countdown in the video, which was followed by the kids simultaneously shouting “It’s a boy” and “It’s a girl” while bursting the balloons. Alana Martina and Eva, the girls, wore pink pyjamas to complement the pink confetti while Cristiano Ronaldo and Matteo wore darker fits to match theirs blue ones.
It was followed by more celebrations among the family and they were seen to be ecstatic about the gender reveal. Cristiano would be in a delightful mindset in the aftermath of this news since it has been a hard couple of days following the situation that unfolded at Old Trafford. It would help to boost his morale to get through this bad phase.
Hearty Congratulations!
We are thrilled to know about this news, which would be the same for everyone else who wishes well for the Portuguese international. Any good news is welcome for this time when things have gotten dire over the past week. The 36-year-old’s teammates would also be happy to learn about his news and would have certainly congratulated him in private.
The concept of paternity leaves isn’t a new one anymore and it remains to be seen if the former Juventus and Real Madrid forward misses any games for the Red Devils. It’s common for players to get some time off during the birth of their children which can result in them missing games. But that is something we would need to tend to later on. Ronaldo, along with his teammates, would have had a bit of time off this week as well.
The match between the Red Devils and Brighton and Hove Albion was postponed earlier due to a Covid outbreak at the Theatre of Dreams. It is the second match in a row that got rescheduled as the clash against Brentford on Tuesday was also delayed. It remains to be seen how the situation develops in the days to come.
