Ole Gunnar Solskjaer is unsure of when Manchester United ace Harry Maguire will be back from injury
Speaking to beIN SPORTS (h/t Daily Star), Manchester United boss Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has provided an update on the injury of Harry Maguire after revealing it was a calf issue last week.
The 28-year-old Manchester United star suffered a knock on his calf during the game against Aston Villa, which the Red Devils went on to lose after the Englishman left the pitch.
Although Solskjaer confirmed later that it was a calf issue and that it could be a few weeks, he was asked for an update again recently and he admitted that he is still unsure of when the player can make a full recovery.
The Norwegian boss told beIN SPORTS (h/t Daily Star):
“Let’s see, it’s still two weeks until the next game, so we’re hoping so, but we don’t know.”
This could be worrying for the club, especially at this stage of the season. The Manchester-based club have dropped points in two consecutive weeks now and are set to enter one of the most testing run of fixtures for any Premier League club so far this season.
The Old Trafford outfit are set to face Leicester City, Liverpool, Tottenham Hotspur, Manchester City, and Atalanta twice in the Champions League in the space of 20 days between the 16th of October and the 6th of November.

All the aforementioned teams are either competing for the Top 4, the league title, or a Top 6 position, not to mention the damage Atalanta can cause to United’s Champions League hopes.
Thus, there is a lot riding on when the 28-year-old can make a return and feature for the club again as Solskjaer sweats over the fitness of his club captain.
