According to the official website of Manchester United, star summer signing Cristiano Ronaldo has been spotted at the club’s Carrington complex as he shares a chat with his new boss Ole Gunnar Solskjaer.

Ronaldo, who completed an incredible move back to the Old Trafford outfit on deadline day, could feature for the Red Devils on Saturday against Newcastle United.

However, there seemed to be plenty of obstacles before. The Portuguese, who had jetted off for international duty with Portugal, was booked in his first game itself for taking off his shirt after scoring the winner against the Republic of Ireland.

The national team decided to release the 36-year-old as he was ineligible to feature for the country in their next game against Azerbaijan. However, the Portuguese could not just straightaway enter into training as he had to isolate for five days until he was allowed to return to training, as per the pandemic protocols of the Premier League.

Thus, the striker was at home until today, when he was spotted in the Manchester-based club’s Carrington complex while he was having a chat with Ole Gunnar Solskjaer. After the pair had a chat together, the Portuguese met up with his new teammates, who are currently working hard to be ready for the game on Saturday.

The fact that Ronaldo has already been spotted with his coach and teammates is a very good sign as the Old Trafford outfit gear for a hectic three weeks. Post the international break, United will be playing nearly 7 games in the space of 22 days, and they would all the help they can get.
