Manchester United fans in awe of 2021/22 season’s third kit
Manchester United have officially released their third kit for the 2021/22 season. The official Twitter account of the club announced the launch on Thursday morning (12th August).
The kit features a striking blue and yellow colour pattern, with the navy blue colour dominating the design. The kit is coupled with black shorts and the badge appears in its true colours on the left side of the chest.
The accents on the shirt, including the stripes and the TeamViewer logo, are in yellow, with the player markings also believed to be in the same colour- which by Premier League regulations, would likely be white for the shirt.
Adidas has really done a good job in making the kit stand out and it was a classy touch to include Alex Ferguson in the announcement video as well. It is also unlikely to cause as wide a division in opinion as last year’s third kit.
Adidas launches MUFC’s third kit
Adidas launched a black and white zebra-styled kit that was loud on the eyes, to say the very least. This year’s kit also has a consistent colour pattern from the shirt down to the socks.
The player stockings also have the blue, black, and yellow colour patterns. The kit is on sale on the official club store, and the authentic men’s and women’s shirt costs £99.95 without the name print.
That is a steep price to pay but this is one kit that could be a hit amongst the fans considering the design. The normal version of the shirt, without the print, is also on sale as of now for £64.95.
