City still have three games to go and need a win. United have four to play and will be hoping to keep the title race alive as much as they can.

Solskjaer vowed that his side will not concede defeat until the very end and try to delay City’s celebrations.

“That’s a good thing, that’s the best thing with today. At least I don’t drive into a blue army tonight, we’ll try to delay it as long as we can.”

The title is pretty much out of United’s hands at this point. Only if City lose all their remaining three games and United win all of theirs can the title be Solskjaer’s. Nonetheless, United and their manager can be proud of the season they have had and the challenge they put up to City.
